Academic Qualifications
- PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree in IT or related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (minimum Second Class Honours Upper Division or equivalent).
Proffessional Experience
- Relevant IT industry certifications such as:
- Cisco Systems (e.g., CCNA/CCNP)
- Microsoft certifications
- Amazon Web Services certifications
- Industry consultancy or systems development experience.

Research Publications
- At least three (3) to five (5) publications in peer-reviewed journals since appointment as Lecturer.
- Evidence of:

- Google Scholar profile or equivalent research visibility is desirable.
Supervision Experience
- Successfully supervised:
- At least 3–5 Master’s students to completion (depending on university policy).
