Fee Structure and Payment Information

Payment and Refund Policies

Once you are accepted at The Islamic University of Kenya, your place will only be confirmed after you pay 50% of the semester fees. Payment must be made before beginning the first class of each semester.

Full payment of fees must be done by the 10th week of every semester, otherwise, the student will not be allowed to sit for end-of-semester exams.

All refunds will be subject to our Refunds policy, which is available on the website Refund Policy.

Note: All bank slips should be submitted to the IUK Accounts Office immediately after payment and ensure you obtain an official receipt for payments.
