All graduands will be required to obtain a clearance from the relevant departments and pay a compulsory graduation fee of Ksh. 7,500 by Monday 1^st December 2024. Only students who will have paid the graduation fees will be allowed to graduate. All graduands are required to fill out the graduation clearance forms to aid in the clearance process.

Only those students who will have completed paying the fees due to the University by Monday 1^st December 2024 will be allowed to graduate. All graduands are advised to confirm the spelling and order of their names with the Registrar Academic Affairs by 1^st December 2024.

Graduation gowns will be distributed exclusively between Monday, 9^th December 2024 and Friday, 13^th December 2024, from the Office of the Registrar Administration to graduands who have paid the graduation fee.

The graduation booklet will be issued on the graduation day.
