The purpose of this policy and its guides is to assist and inform all applicants, students and staff of RAF International University and its collaborative partner institutions in ensuring that the policies and procedures used to attract, recruit and admit students are transparent, fair, reliable, professional and consistently applied. This comprehensive policy is ratified by the University’s Management Board (UMB).
RAF International University holds to the tenet that the socio-economic needs of the region can only be met through knowledge-based economy largely driven by research and innovation. Thus, the University is largely inclined towards offering science and technology programmes, and envisages up to three-quarters of its activities being research and innovation-driven.
This policy applies subject to the overall university ICT policy. The policy will be applied alongside other RAF International University (RIU) ICT related policies.
The overall objective of the library ICT policy is to provide a regulatory environment and framework for the application of ICTs in the delivery of library services.
