Academic Qualifications
• Minimum of KCSE Certificate with a mean grade of C (Plain) or equivalent.
• Certificate or Diploma in:
o Front Office Operations
o Secretarial Studies
o Business Administration
o Customer Care or a related field will be an added advantage.
Proffessional Experience
• At least 1–3 years’ experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.
• Experience working in an institution, university, hospital, or corporate office is an added advantage.
Finance Sadmin Skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a multi-line telephone system professionally.
• Good computer skills, including:
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Email and basic office systems
• Ability to manage appointments, records, and correspondence.
